7.1

All research or teaching activities which may have an impact on wild animals, including environmental impact surveys, assessment of control methods, observational studies, and trapping for scientific purposes, must be carried out in accordance with the Australian Code of Practice for the Care and Use of Animals for Scientific Purposes, including obtaining prior approval from an Animal Ethics Committee.
