ACT No Animal Welfare Act
NSW No Section 18, along with the general Cruelty and Aggravated Cruelty Provisions of the Act relate to dog fighting.
Section 18 – Animal baiting and fighting prohibited
(2)A person must mot:
(a) cause procure, permit, encourage or incite a fight in which one or more animals are pitted against another animal or animals, whether of the same species or not, or (b) advertise the intention to conduct such a fight, or (c) promote, organise or attend such a fight.
